    鈰鎢電極在GTAW/PAW不銹鋼焊管生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用研究

    Research on Application of Ce-W Electrode to Manufacture of GTAW/PAW Stainless Steel Weld Pipe

    • 摘要: 鎢極的耐用性,即鎢棒端部形態(tài)在電弧電極高溫條件下保持穩(wěn)定工作的時間長短,是直接影響不銹鋼焊管焊縫質(zhì)量及生產(chǎn)率的關(guān)鍵因素。針對國內(nèi)焊接行業(yè)有關(guān)鈰鎢電極不適合大電流GTAW及PAW不銹鋼焊管生產(chǎn)使用的觀點(diǎn),通過多年的試驗研究及生產(chǎn)實踐,并結(jié)合國外的相關(guān)理論研究成果,闡明了Φ3.2~4.8mm大直徑鈰鎢電極只要正確把握鎢極端部刃磨要求及焊接電弧的參數(shù)條件,是完全能夠滿足在大電流GTAW及PAW不銹鋼焊管生產(chǎn)中的使用要求的。

       

      Abstract: Durability of the tungsten electrode(i.e.,how long the tungsten electrode tip remains its profile and operates consistently under the high temperature condition of the arc electrode) is a critical element directly related to the seam quality and productivity of stainless steel weld pipes.Addressing the point of view holding in the domestic welding industrial circles that the Ce-W electrode is not suitable for the high-current consuming production of GTAW and PAW stainless steel weld pipes,on the basis of the result of their years-long experimen-tal research and operational practice and relevant theoretic research achievements as made both at home and abroad,the co-authors expound that provided that the cutting-grinding requirement for the tungsten electrode tip and the parameters as required for the welding electric arc are satisfied,the Φ3.2~4.8 mm large-sized Ce-W electrode will be able to completely meet the applicable requirements for the high-current consuming production of GTAW and PAW weld pipes.
