摘要: 從鋼管銷售量、盈利能力、市場分布、資產(chǎn)負債情況和償債能力等方面,分析了盧森堡Tenaris和法國Vallourec兩大鋼管企業(yè)在2011年的鋼管生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營情況。分析認為,2011年Tenaris集團和Vallourec集團的銷售收入都有較大增長,但Vallourec集團的凈利潤下降;美洲是Tenaris集團和Vallourec集團的主要鋼管市場;Tenaris集團的資產(chǎn)和負債都變化不大,但Vallourec集團的資產(chǎn)和負債則有較大增長。對于2012年的鋼管市場,Tenaris集團和Vallourec集團均表示看好油氣開采用管市場。

Abstract: Analyzed in the article are the 2011 production and management situations of Tenaris (Luxembourg) and Vallourec (France),the two major powers in global steel pipe-making circles in terms of sales volume,profitability,market share,assets and liabilities,and debt-paying ability.As a result,the following data are identified.In 2011,both Tenaris Group and Vallourec Group had significant growths of sales revenues,whereas the net profit of the latter was reduced;the two groups still had their major steel tube market shares in the American Continent;while Tenaris kept its assets and liabilities little changed,in contrary,Vallourec had its assets and liabilities increased significantly;and for the steel tube market prospects in 2012,both groups are optimistic about the market of OCTG.
