    Management Practice of Longevity for Main Drive System of Piercing Mill

    • 摘要: 統(tǒng)計分析了Φ177 mm PQF連軋管機組穿孔機主傳動系統(tǒng)近幾年的運行故障情況,提出制約該主傳動系統(tǒng)長壽化運行的主要原因:減速機一軸推力軸承調整間隙不適中;下位連桿十字軸承受溫度、水影響,故障率高;連桿對中裝置強度不夠。針對上述缺陷制定改進方案:優(yōu)化推力軸承的軸向調整間隙值;對下位連桿十字軸承采取防水措施,并縮短給油周期;優(yōu)化電機啟動曲線,降低對傳動系統(tǒng)的沖擊;重新設計連桿對中裝置,增加其強度。

       

      Abstract: The operation troubles of the main drive system of the piercing mill in Φ177 mm PQF continuous pipe rolling plant in recent years are summarized and analyzed and the key causes that restrict the longevity operation of the main drive system are found out, which are immoderately adjusted thrust bearing clearance on the first shaft of the reduction gears, high failure rate of the cross pin bearing of the link rod in the bottom position due to the influence of temperature and water, insufficient strength with the link rod alignment device.Some countermeasures are worked out based on the above problems, which are to optimize the axial clearance of the thrust bearing, take waterproof measures to the cross pin bearing of the link rod in the bottom position, shorten the oiling cycle, optimize the start up curve of the electric motor, reduce the impact to the drive system, redesign the link rod alignment device with higher strength.
