    熱浸鍍鋅鋼管的鋅層均勻性試驗(yàn)要因分析

    ANALYSIS OF MAIN ELEMENTS FOR TEST OF ZINC COAT UNIFORMITY OF HOT-DIP GALVANIZED STEEL TUBE

    • 摘要: 鋼管熱浸鍍鋅層的均勻性主要以浸漬硫酸銅試驗(yàn)來測定,而試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與硫酸銅的純度及前處理,硫酸銅溶液的濃度、溫度、酸度以及試驗(yàn)容器的容積等諸因素有關(guān)。通過工業(yè)純和化學(xué)純硫酸銅的對比試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)在相同的溫度和濃度條件下,前者的浸漬次數(shù)要少于后者。測定了硫酸銅試驗(yàn)的酸效應(yīng),pH值越小,樣品承受試驗(yàn)的次數(shù)也越少,最佳試驗(yàn)的pH值為3.5。

       

      Abstract: The uniformity of zinc coat of the hot-dip galvanized steel tube is mainly determined by means of copper sulphade-dip test, and the test result is related to such elements as the purity and pre-treatment of the copper sulphade and concentration, temperature, PH value of the copper sulphade solution as well as volumes of the vessels used for the test. Based on a comparision between test with industrially pure copper sulphade and test with chemically pure copper sul-phade, it was found that dip number of the former is less than that of the latter. PH test of the copper sulphade was also conducted, which shew that the smaller the PH value was, the fewer tests the specimen underwent, and that the optimum PH value was 3. 5.
