提高自動(dòng)軋管機(jī)組鋼管壁厚精度的途徑

摘要: 指出了鋼管壁厚精度是自動(dòng)軋管機(jī)組產(chǎn)品技術(shù)要求中控制難度較大的指標(biāo)。根據(jù)對(duì)安陽(yáng)鋼鐵集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司無(wú)縫鋼管廠Φ100mm自動(dòng)軋管機(jī)組鋼管壁厚精度影響因素的分析，提出了提高該機(jī)組鋼管壁厚精度的改進(jìn)措施。Abstract: It is emphasized that W. T. accuracy as one of the technical requirements for tubes by the plug mill is rather difficult to be controlled. Based on the analysis concerning the elements responsible for W. T. accuracy of the Φ100mm plug pipe mill installed at Seamless Steel Tube Plant,Anyang I & S Group Co., Ltd.,relevant measures are proposed for improving the W. T. accuracy of the said mill line.
