    新型周期式冷軋管機

    A NEW COLD PLIGER MILL

    • 摘要: 本文介紹的新型高精度小直徑周期式冷軋管機能夠軋制直徑4mm的鋼管。由于該軋機在設計和工藝方面進行了許多改進,可將鋼管減徑到成品尺寸,從而大大減少了廢品。用此工藝生產的鋼管公差精度極高,直徑和壁厚公差均在10μm以下。小直徑鋼管采用冷軋工藝生產更為經濟。

       

      Abstract: The new high-precision cold pilger mill described is capable of rolling small diameter steel pipes of 4mm. Because of many improvements made in design and process of the mill pipes can be rolled to finished sizes with greatly reduced rejection. The tubes produced with the cold rolling process have close tolerance and variations of diameter and wall thickness less than 10μm. It is more advantageous to produce small tubes with the process.
