增強(qiáng)型13Cr鋼抗CO2腐蝕套管的研制

摘要: 簡(jiǎn)述了石油天然氣開采環(huán)境中CO2腐蝕的特點(diǎn),介紹了攀鋼集團(tuán)成都鋼鐵有限責(zé)任公司利用自身設(shè)備優(yōu)勢(shì)開發(fā)增強(qiáng)型13Cr鋼抗CO2腐蝕套管的設(shè)計(jì)思路和開發(fā)過程。四川省石油管理局進(jìn)行的抗腐蝕評(píng)價(jià)試驗(yàn)表明:新研發(fā)鋼管在不同CO2腐蝕環(huán)境中,尤其是在環(huán)境溫度較高且含少量H2S的條件下,其力學(xué)性能良好,抗腐蝕性能穩(wěn)定可靠。Abstract: Briefed are the characteristics of CO2 corrosion in the work environment of oil/gas exploration.Also described are the design concept and the process of development of the enhancement 13Cr steel anti-CO2 corrosion oil casing by Pangang Group Chengdu Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.with its own equipment superiority.The evaluation test of the said casing as conducted by Sichuan Provincial Petroleum Administration shows that the newly-developed casing provides good mechanical properties and consistent resistance against corrosion when serviced in different CO2 corrosive environments,particularly such environment with rather high temperature and low content of H2S.
