摘要: 分析了安陽鋼鐵股份有限公司無縫鋼管廠Φ100mm自動軋管機組均尺投坯生產(chǎn)熱軋無縫鋼管存在的問題,介紹了定尺投坯法的特點,比較了兩種投坯方法的實施效果。實踐證明,定尺投坯法是一種符合生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營實際的投坯方法。Abstract: The problems of the Φ100mm plug pipe mill located at Seamless Steel Tube Plant, Anyang I& S Co., Ltd. caused by uniform length bloom-feeding practice are analyzed, and the advantages of the newly-used specific-length bloom feeding method are described, giving an effectiveness comparison of the two different methods. The actual operational result shows that the new method is more compatible with the plant's actual operation circumstances.
