    Design of Intermediate Frequency Induction Heating Operation Line for Heat Treatment of Oil Well Pipe

    • 摘要: 詳細(xì)介紹了油井管中頻感應(yīng)加熱熱處理生產(chǎn)線的工藝流程、設(shè)備與實(shí)施方案,以及對30Mn2油管進(jìn)行中頻感應(yīng)加熱熱處理(淬火+回火)的應(yīng)用。實(shí)踐證明:該熱處理生產(chǎn)線加熱速度快、加熱溫度易控制、效率高,設(shè)備投資少、成本低、維護(hù)量小,勞動(dòng)條件好、無環(huán)境污染;經(jīng)熱處理后的30Mn2油管表面質(zhì)量好、變形小、鋼級達(dá)到P110、力學(xué)性能滿足APISpec5CT—2007標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the article are the main aspects of the intermediate frequency induction heating operation line for oil well pipes,including the process flow,the equipment composition,the implementation plan,and how to apply the heat treatment(quenching and tempering)process to the 30Mn2 tubing. Relevant operation practice demonstrates that this heat treatment operation line is in possession of such advantages as high heating speed,easy controlling of heating temperature,high efficiency,low equipment investment,high cost effectiveness,small amount of maintenance work,good labor conditions,and environment friendliness. The 30Mn2 tubing as heat treated with the operation line has good surface quality,slight deformation,while its material grade is up to P110,and all of its mechanical properties conform to relevant requirements as specified under API Spec 5CT—2007.
