    汽車車軸管調(diào)質(zhì)開(kāi)裂原因分析及探討

    Analysis and Discussion of Reason for Cracking of Automobile Axle Pipe as Developed during Quenching& Tempering Process

    • 摘要: 某批次的汽車車軸管在調(diào)質(zhì)后存在開(kāi)裂現(xiàn)象,分析該開(kāi)裂材料的性能、非金屬夾雜物、金相組織和掃描電鏡形貌。分析認(rèn)為:汽車車軸管開(kāi)裂的原因是由于材料局部(Fe,Mn)S復(fù)合夾雜物聚集,在后續(xù)軋制過(guò)程中沿軋制方向延伸,密集夾雜物破壞了組織的連續(xù)性,惡化了組織的橫向性能,導(dǎo)致材料在橫向變形最大的外彎角處開(kāi)裂,并在調(diào)質(zhì)過(guò)程中的組織應(yīng)力作用下發(fā)生擴(kuò)展。建議在煉鋼過(guò)程中降低鋼中硫含量,改善硫化物的尺寸、形態(tài)和分布,杜絕卷渣,減少材料中夾雜數(shù)量和局部聚集。

       

      Abstract: Cracking is found with a certain batch of automobile axle pipes as quenched and tempered.Accordingly the cracking material is overall analyzed in terms of mechanical property, non-metallic inclusion, metallographic structure and SEM morphology,etc.The test results reveal that the reason for the cracking is that the local(Fe,Mn)S composite inclusions aggregate,and extend along the rolling direction in the subsequent rolling process;the dense inclusions destroy the continuity of the structure,and deteriorate the transverse performance of the structure,leading to the cracking of the material at the outer corner with the largest transverse deformation,and the expansion under the effect by the structural stress during the quenching-tempering process.Accordingly it is suggested to reduce Scontent in the steel during the melting process,and improve the size,shape and distribution of the sulfide,and eliminate the entrapped slag,so as to reduce the quantity and local aggregation of the inclusions in the steel.
