    25MnV鋼貝氏體轉變行為研究

    Study on Bainitic Transformation Behavior of 25MnV Steel

    • 摘要: 通過膨脹儀方法,研究了25MnV鋼在模擬2種無縫鋼管控軋控冷試驗工藝條件下的貝氏體轉變行為。結果表明,在終軋溫度較高,軋后快速冷卻到390~485℃再緩冷的情況下,可獲得硬度大于22HRC的全貝氏體組織。采用控軋控冷工藝生產(chǎn)貝氏體組織N80鋼級套管是可行的,此項研究成果為開發(fā)貝氏體非調質熱處理鋼管提供了依據(jù)。

       

      Abstract: The bainitic transformation behavior of the 25MnV steel is studied with the expansimeter method and under two experimental process conditions as simulating rolling and rolling-control & cooling-control process conditions for seamless steel tube manufacture. The result shows that with higher rolling-end temperature,after getting the material quickly cooled down to 390~485 ℃,and then subjected to slow cooling,full bainitic structure with hardness higher than 22HRC is formed,which leads to such a conclusion that it is possible to produce the bainitic N80 steel oil casing with the rolling-control & cooling-control process. The research achievement provides basis for development of the non-quenched-and-tempered bainitic steel tube.
