    冷軋(拔)鋼管的磷化和潤滑技術(shù)展望

    Prospect of Techniques for Phosphating and Lubricating Cold-rolled（drawn）Steel Pipes

    • 摘要: 綜合分析了國內(nèi)冷軋(拔)無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)過程中磷化和潤滑技術(shù)的發(fā)展情況。我國冷軋(拔)鋼管磷化和潤滑處理歷經(jīng)初期、中期和快速發(fā)展的3個階段,對各階段磷化和潤滑處理的技術(shù)配方及鋼管質(zhì)量進行了剖析。提出了冷軋(拔)鋼管磷化液的選擇依據(jù)和設(shè)計原則,以及磷化和潤滑技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向。

       

      Abstract: Generally analyzed are development of the phosphating and lubricating techniques as used in production of cold-rolled(drawn)seamless steel pipes in China.The domestic development of the said tech-niques experienced three stages,i.e.,the initial stage,the middle stage and the quick-development stage.Anal-ysis are made to the technical formulation for the phosphating and lubrication treatment and pipe quality resulting from such treatments at each of the said three stages.The basis for selecting of the phosphating solution for the cold-rolled(drawn)pipes are put forward,and the development trend of the said techniques are forecast.
