    X80鋼級(jí)直縫埋弧焊管的研制

    R & D of X80 Straight SAW Pipe

    • 摘要: 根據(jù)西氣東輸冀寧聯(lián)絡(luò)線天然氣管線工程的需要,巨龍鋼管有限公司對(duì)X80鋼級(jí)直縫埋弧焊接鋼管(Φ1 016 mm×18.4 mm)進(jìn)行了試制。詳細(xì)介紹了此種焊管的試制過程和檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果。檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,研制開發(fā)的X80鋼級(jí)直縫埋弧焊管各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)均符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

       

      Abstract: To meet the need for the Project of Jining Branch Natural Gas Pipe Line under the "West-to-East Natural Gas Transmission Pipe Line Project", The R & D of X80 straight SAW pipe (Ф 1016 mm×18.4 mm) is conducted by Julong Steel Tube Co., Ltd. Elaborated in the paper are trail manufacture of the said pipe and the test/measurement data thereof. The said data and relevant field feedback demonstrate that the newly-developed X80 straight SAW pipe is fully up to all the requirements of applicable product standard.
