摘要: 回顧了我國(guó)焊管工業(yè)2008年的運(yùn)行狀況:產(chǎn)量增幅繼續(xù)明顯減緩,全年產(chǎn)量與2007年持平;出口量比2007年有大幅減少,全年出口減少83萬(wàn)t,同比下降18%,但油氣管線管和油氣導(dǎo)套管的出口卻大幅增加(占全部焊管出口的70%),成為焊管出口的主要品種;供大于求的局面更加嚴(yán)峻,普通焊管生產(chǎn)維艱,石油管生產(chǎn)旺盛,結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整取得新進(jìn)展。展望了2009年的發(fā)展走向及熱點(diǎn):焊管產(chǎn)銷總體形勢(shì)將低開(kāi)高走,天然氣管線建設(shè)是熱點(diǎn);國(guó)際市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將更加激烈,焊管出口難度加大;企業(yè)技術(shù)改造力度將加大,螺旋焊管預(yù)精焊是熱點(diǎn)。Abstract: A review is made to the operation situation of the domestic weld pipe industry in 2008.It shows:the capacity increase rate is significantly reduced;the annual output equals to that of 2007;the export volume is tremendously cut down against that of 2007 with the annual export volume reduced by 0.83 million tons or 18%;yet the export volume of oil/gas linepipes and casings is dramatically increased(accounting for 70% of the total volume of weld pipes for export),being the primary category of weld pipes as exported;the supply surplus situation becomes worse than before,while ordinary weld pipe production experiences a hard time;only the oil pipe production runs very well with considerable development in structural adjustment.The development orientation and hot spots of the industry in 2009 are forecast with expectation that weld pipe sales be generally going up with a rather low starting point;natural gas pipeline construction be one of the hot spots;world market competition become more intense;weld pipe exportation be more difficult;more efforts be made in technical upgrade of the makers;and the pre-finish welding of spiral SAW pipe be one of the technical hot spots.
