摘要: 高精度冷拔鋼管存在殘余應(yīng)力,車削加工會(huì)使其內(nèi)徑尺寸、直線度等發(fā)生變化。通過(guò)對(duì)高精度冷拔鋼管殘余應(yīng)力的分析以及消除方法的試驗(yàn),弄清了高精度冷拔鋼管殘余應(yīng)力的分布狀況,并給出消除高精度冷拔鋼管殘余應(yīng)力的低溫退火工藝的具體參數(shù)及實(shí)際效果。Abstract: When machined, the hi-precision cold-drawn steel tube may have some geometric changes like internal diameter and straightness due to the residual stress it contains. Based on relevant analysis of the residual stress of the said tube and tests concerning relief thereof, the residual stress distribution is identified, and accordingly the specific parameters for and the effectiveness of the low temperature annealing process aimed at relieving the residual stress are described.
