    NON-LINEAR FINITE ELEMENT SIMULATION OF PROCESS FOR EMPTY-SUNKEN STEEL TUBE FORMATION

    • 摘要: 應(yīng)用三維彈塑性大變形有限元法預(yù)報(bào)管材拔制成型,建立了三維拔制有限元模擬理論,給出了有關(guān)場(chǎng)變量分布。應(yīng)用新的摩擦層理論,研究了管材穩(wěn)態(tài)與非穩(wěn)態(tài)變形,實(shí)現(xiàn)了工作動(dòng)態(tài)成型過(guò)程的可視化。

       

      Abstract: The finite element method of three-dimensional plastic large deformation is used to anticipate the tube formation with empty-sinking process. The theory of simulation of three-dimensional empty-sinking with finite element method is established, and relevant field variable distribution derived. With the new frictional layer theory, the stable and instable deformations of the tube are analyzed so as to make the working dynamic formation process visible.
