    Application of Gleeble 3500 to Development and Production of Seamless Steel Pipes

    • 摘要: 介紹Gleeble 3500試驗(yàn)機(jī)熱拉伸、熱壓縮、熱扭轉(zhuǎn)、動(dòng)態(tài)CCT曲線測(cè)定等功能模塊的試驗(yàn)過(guò)程及典型試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。通過(guò)將熱-機(jī)械變形模擬過(guò)程所得物理、力學(xué)性能數(shù)據(jù)用于指導(dǎo)無(wú)縫鋼管產(chǎn)品開發(fā)及熱加工工藝制定,說(shuō)明了Gleeble 3500試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)無(wú)縫鋼管連鑄、穿孔、熱軋等主要工藝參數(shù)的優(yōu)化作用,并對(duì)熱模擬試驗(yàn)研究在未來(lái)無(wú)縫鋼管產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及工藝優(yōu)化領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the essay are the experimental processes as well as the typical results of the functional modules of the Gleeble 3500 test machine, including hot tensile, hot compression, hot torsion, and dynamic CCT curve.Technical parameter optimization of the major manufacturing processes of the seamless steel tube such as continuous casting, piercing and hot rolling by the Gleeble 3500 tester are well demonstrated via the application of the physical and mechanical property data as obtained during the thermal-mechanical deforming simulation process to guiding seamless steel pipe development and preparation of the hot processing technology.Moreover the possible applications of the said thermal simulation tester to future product design and process optimization concerning production of the seamless steel tube are previewed.
