    • 摘要: 介紹TP-Ti-110鋼級TP-G2（Ti）特殊螺紋鈦合金油管研發(fā)情況。針對P110鋼級油井管的材料性能需求，調(diào)研現(xiàn)有鈦合金的品種及其性能，確定新型TA31（Ti80）鈦合金作為開發(fā)TP-Ti-110鋼級鈦合金油管的材料；針對鈦合金油管的使用要求設(shè)計(jì)，在偏梯形螺紋的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)出專用氣密封特殊螺紋TP-G2（Ti）；對TP-Ti-110鋼級TP-G2（Ti）特殊螺紋鈦合金油管的力學(xué)性能、整管性能和抗腐蝕性能進(jìn)行綜合評價試驗(yàn)。開發(fā)的TP-Ti-110鋼級TP-G2（Ti）特殊螺紋鈦合金油管完全滿足元壩氣田高腐蝕環(huán)境使用要求，并且首次成功進(jìn)行全井下井應(yīng)用。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the essay are the research and development of the TP-Ti-110 TP-G2(Ti)titanium alloy oil tubing with premium connection.According to the requirements for material properties of the P110 oil well pipe, the types and performances of the currently-used titanium alloys are investigated.As a result it is determined to use the new type TA31(Ti80)titanium alloy as the material of the TP-Ti-110 titanium alloy oil tubing.As per the design of application requirement of the titanium alloy oil tubing, and based on the buttress thread, the special air-tight premium connection TP-G2(Ti) is developed.Comprehensive evaluation tests are conducted to the TP-Ti-110 TP-G2(Ti) titanium alloy oil tubing with premium connection to identify its mechanical properties, over-length performance and corrosion resistance.The said oil tubing as developed is quite satisfactory to the application requirements for the highly-corrosive service environment of the Yuanba Natural Gas Field, and has been successfully used for first all downhole application.
