摘要: 介紹了一條Φ180 mm 無縫鋼管熱處理生產(chǎn)線的熱處理工藝流程、生產(chǎn)線平面布置、主要設(shè)備的用途及其技術(shù)參數(shù)，總結(jié)了工藝設(shè)備選型心得。設(shè)備選型時，要從技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟、適用性三個方面考慮；綜合核算各關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)能力，根據(jù)生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)能要求進行設(shè)備配置；此外還要注重節(jié)能環(huán)保以及設(shè)備的可維修性等。

Abstract: Described here in the essay are the main aspects of a certain domestic heat treatment production line for the Φ180 mm seamless steel pipe,including the heat treatment process flow,the layout,functions of the major equipment units and their technical parameters,and a summary of what learnt from the equipment type determination,etc. When determining the equipment type,all the three aspects have to be considered,i.e.,the technology,the economy,and the suitability;the production capacity of each individual critical equipment unit has to be comprehensively accounted,and the equipment configuration is made as per the production line capacity requirement;and finally emphasis has to be laid to such factors as energy-saving,environment protection and the maintainability of the equipment.
