摘要: 利用Gleeble-3800熱模擬試驗機對28CrMo57鋼金屬塑性變形抗力進行試驗研究,實測了不同變形溫度、變形速率、變形程度下28CrMo57鋼的變形抗力,分析了各工藝參數(shù)對變形抗力的影響。建立了28CrMo57鋼變形抗力數(shù)學(xué)模型并用Marquardt方法進行了回歸,該模型具有良好的曲線擬合特性,用該模型計算出的結(jié)果與實測值吻合較好,可為計算力能參數(shù)提供理論依據(jù)。Abstract: Experimental studies are made with Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator on the metallic plastic deformation resistance of the 28CrMo57 Steel,involving actual measurements of the deformation resistances of the said steel under different deformation temperatures,deformation rates and deformation severities,and analysis of the influences by different process parameters on the deformation resistance. The mathematic model for the deformation resistance of the 28CrMo57 Steel is set up with the regression done by means of the Marquardt method. With good curve-fitting performance the said model is capable of producing expected values close to the actually measured ones and providing necessary theoretic basis for calculation of relevant energetic parameters.
