張力減徑機可調(diào)機架技術(shù)的應(yīng)用

Application of Adjustable Roll Stand Technique of Stretch-reducing Mill

摘要: 張力減徑機可調(diào)機架技術(shù)是近年發(fā)展的一項新技術(shù),能夠滿足對鋼管不同的外徑公差要求。介紹了可調(diào)機架技術(shù)原理、快速換輥技術(shù)以及可調(diào)機架技術(shù)在寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司的應(yīng)用實績。實踐證明,該技術(shù)在滿足鋼管用戶對管材外徑公差特殊要求的同時,能夠減少張力減徑機機架儲備,降低生產(chǎn)成本。

Abstract: As a new technique developed over the recent years,the adjustable roll stand technique of the stretch-reducing mill is capable of satisfying requirements for different OD tolerances of the tube. Descried in the paper are the main aspects of the said technique,including the theory,quick roll-change process and the application examples of the adjustable roll stand technique in Baoshan Iron ＆ Steel Co.,Ltd. Relevant operation practice shows that the said technique not only satisfies special customer requirements for tube OD tolerances,but also enables reduction of quantities in stock of both the spare stands and operation costs.
