摘要: 當利用調(diào)節(jié)輥縫未獲得要求的管子壁厚時,將會增大管子橫向壁厚不均,損失軋管精度。研究了連軋管孔型系的輥縫調(diào)節(jié)量計算方法及其對管子橫向壁厚不均的影響,給出了計算模型和實例。Abstract: In case of failure to get required wall thickness by adjusting the roll gap,transverse inhomogeneity of wall thickness will get more serious,negatively influencing the dimensional accuracy of the pipe.Based on research on the calculation method concerning adjustment amount of roll gap for groove series of the continuous rolling mill and negative influence thereby on pipe transverse wall thickness homogeneity,related math model is worked out and examples are described.
