摘要: 在高頻直縫焊管過(guò)程中熱量輸入在同擠壓輥的擠壓力要相匹配,才能保證焊縫的質(zhì)量,本文介紹的TP-805微機(jī)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)能對(duì)擠壓力和焊接溫度進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)。Abstract: In HF pipe longitudinal-welding,onlY the heat input is matched with the pressure of press rolls, can the seam quality be ensured. Both the pressure and welding temperature can be real-timely monitored by TP-805 microprocessor system described herein.
