    Discussion on Velocity Coordination between Roll Units of Tandem Skew Rolling Process

    • 摘要: 采用斜連軋工藝軋管時(shí),金屬在穿孔段變形區(qū)內(nèi)與軋制段變形區(qū)內(nèi)的速度分別受到各自軋輥轉(zhuǎn)速的影響。為使穿孔、軋制的速度配比合理,通過計(jì)算各階段經(jīng)歷變形所需的時(shí)間,并在此基礎(chǔ)之上推導(dǎo)出各階段的平均速度,進(jìn)而計(jì)算出合理的速度配比;最后通過試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:計(jì)算結(jié)果具有較高的計(jì)算精度和可靠性。

       

      Abstract: During rolling pipes with the tandem skew rolling process,the metal flow velocities in the deformation zone of the piercing section,and in the deformation zone of the rolling section are separately affected by the roll rotation rate of the piercer and that of the mandrel mill.Therefore,the piercing speed and the rolling speed have to be matched to each other.And for this purpose,the times as for deformation of the workpiece at different rolling stages are computed,based on which,the average velocity as needed at each stage is deduced,and then the proper velocity match is obtained.The data from the calculation are verified via testing.The result demonstrates that the calculated velocity match data have high accuracy and reliability.
