    熱處理溫度對(duì)超級(jí)雙相鋼UNS S32760管材組織性能的影響

    Influence of Heat Treatment Temperature on Super Duplex Steel UNS S32760 Tubular Products

    • 摘要: 采用6 300 t臥式擠壓機(jī)生產(chǎn)超級(jí)雙相鋼UNS S32760無(wú)縫鋼管,以不同溫度對(duì)管材進(jìn)行固溶處理,研究固溶溫度對(duì)管材金相組織、力學(xué)性能和腐蝕性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著固溶溫度的升高,UNS S32760鐵素體相(α相)含量逐漸增多,奧氏體相(γ相)含量逐漸降低,抗拉強(qiáng)度、伸長(zhǎng)率基本保持不變,屈服強(qiáng)度逐漸升高,沖擊功整體呈上升趨勢(shì);在固溶溫度1 100℃時(shí),管材組織中α相和γ相比例約為1∶1,點(diǎn)腐蝕速率最低,耐點(diǎn)蝕性能最優(yōu),腐蝕速率為0.031 mm/a。

       

      Abstract: Super duplex steel UNS S32760 seamless steel pipes are made by 6 300 t horizontal extrusion press and solution treated at different temperatures.The influence of solution treatment temperature on metallographic structure, mechanical properties and anti-corrosion performance is studied.The results show that with the increasing of solution treatment temperature, the content of ferrite phase(α phase) in UNS S32760 gradually increases and that of austenite phase(γ phase) gradually decreases, the tensile strength and the elongation basicly remain the same, the yield strength gradually increases and the impact energy also shows an increasing tendency.When the solution treatment temperature is 1 100℃, the ratio between α phase and γ phase is about 1:1, the pitting corrosion rate is at the lowest of 0.031 mm/a and so the pitting corrosion resistance performance of the product is at its best.
