    在線噴涂裝置的研制

    DEVELOPMENT OF ON-LINE LUBE-SPRAY SYSTEM

    • 摘要: 介紹了寶鋼集團魯寶鋼管廠Accu Roll軋管機在線限動芯棒潤滑裝置的研制過程。遮擋式快速噴涂裝置適應芯棒工作特點,噴涂潤滑劑快速而不堵塞,較好地滿足了Accu Roll軋管機的工藝要求,并獲得國家專利,具有推廣價值。

       

      Abstract: The paper describes the development of the on-line retained-mandrel lubricating system of the Accu-Roll pipe mill line located at the Lubao Steel Tube Plant, Baoshan I & S Co. In accordance with the operation features the shielding type fast-spray system is capable of spraying the lubricant quickly without any clogging, well meeting relevant process requirements of the Accu-Roll mill plant. The said spray system has been patented via the Chinese Patent Bureau, being worth spreading.
