二輥連軋管機軋輥組孔型站的研究與設計

Research on and Design of Roll Group Pass Station of 2-roll Mandrel Mill

摘要: 針對引進的Φ159mm連軋管機沒有配備軋輥組孔型站,鞍鋼股份有限公司無縫鋼管廠自主設計并制造出一套軋輥組孔型檢測設備,即孔型站。介紹了二輥連軋管機軋輥組孔型檢測的必要性,以及孔型站的結構、使用方法和設計要點。實際應用表明,設計制造出的孔型站的檢測精度完全滿足標準要求,有利于生產出高質量的無縫鋼管。

Abstract: Since the Φ159 mm mandrel pipe mill as imported from abroad is equipped with no roll group pass station,a complete set of roll group pass-measuring system,i.e.,a pass station is self-designed and manufactured by Seamless Steel Tube Plant,Angang Steel Company Limited.Elaborated in the paper are the necessity for measuring the roll group passes of the said mandrel mill,and the structure,operation process and design tips of the pass station.The actual operation result of the pass station shows that its measurement accuracy is completely satisfactory to the requirement of applicable specification,being helpful to production of high quality seamless steel pipes.
