摘要: 闡述了電弧磁偏吹產(chǎn)生的原因及影響磁偏吹大小的因素,介紹了磁偏吹對(duì)焊接質(zhì)量的影響。從設(shè)計(jì)和使用方面提出了控制磁偏吹的方法及注意事項(xiàng),對(duì)指導(dǎo)焊接生產(chǎn),提高焊接質(zhì)量具有實(shí)際意義。Abstract: Analyzed in the paper are the elements responsible for occurrence of electric arc magnetic blowing deviation and the amount thereof. Also described here is how magnetic blowing deviation influences welding quality. In addition, the author proposes measures for controlling magnetic blowing deviation from the view point of design and operation, and necessary cautions, which are directive to welding operation and significant for improving welding quality as well.
