    PLC在鋼管冷拔機電氣控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用

    Application of PLC to Electrical Control System of Steel Pipe Cold-drawing Mill

    • 摘要: 為滿足400kN(40t)鋼管冷拔機生產(chǎn)超長冷拔管的需要,采用了以西門子S7-200PLC為核心的控制方案,對其自動控制系統(tǒng)進行了改造。介紹了自動控制系統(tǒng)的組成、實現(xiàn)方式及軟件編制。改造后的控制系統(tǒng)可實現(xiàn)冷拔機的全自動控制、聯(lián)鎖控制、故障報警等,應(yīng)用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: To meet the need for producing extra-long cold-drawn steel pipes with the 400 kN(40t) cold-drawing mill,the automatic control system thereof is modified with a control solution based on the Siemens S7-200 PLC. Elaborated in the paper are the composition,realization method and software programming of the said automatic control system. The system as modified is capable of full-auto control,interlock control and alarm for fault alarm,etc. of the cold-drawing mill. The actual application result of the system is very satisfactory.
