    Development of Non-Quenched/Tempered N80 (F-N80) Oil Well Pipe

    • 摘要: 對42MnMo7油井管失效形式進(jìn)行了分析,提出了非調(diào)質(zhì)鋼（F-N80）成分的設(shè)計方案。通過工業(yè)試驗,找出了F-N80的成分范圍及軋制方案。

       

      Abstract: Different failures of 42MnMo7 oil well pipe are analyzed, and chemical composition of the non-quenched/tempered steel (F-N80) proposed. Based on relevant industrial experiments, the chemical composition and rolling schedule of the F-N80 oil well pipe are set up.
