摘要: 從鋼管銷售量、盈利能力、市場分布、資產(chǎn)負債情況和償債能力等方面，分析了2016年Tenaris和Vallourec兩大鋼管集團的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營情況。分析認為：2016年Tenaris集團和Vallourec集團的經(jīng)營業(yè)績都明顯下滑，受全球油氣投資下降的影響，油井管等品種嚴重滯銷；Vallourec集團提出的戰(zhàn)略刺激計劃已經(jīng)取得明顯成效；兩大鋼管集團對2017年市場寄望頗高，都認為市場需求將開始回升。

Abstract: Analyzed in the paper are the operation situations of the two world major steel tube-making groups, Tenaris and Vallourec in 2016 in terms of steel pipe sales volume, profitability, market distribution, balance and solvency.Based on the analysis, it is regarded that in 2016, performances of the two groups obviously declined, due to reduction of global oil and gas investments which caused the serious poor sales of the pipe types like OCTG Nevertheless, the strategic stimulus plan by Vallourec has achieved significant success.And both groups have great expectations on the market in 2017, and been confidence in picking up of the market demand.
