摘要: 介紹了江西洪都鋼廠在提高鋼管渦流探傷可靠性方面的探索,提出更新渦流儀器檢測(cè)能力、提高主機(jī)同心度、改善探頭性能、改進(jìn)探傷工藝和操作方法及加強(qiáng)人機(jī)管理等有效途徑。Abstract: The introduction involves the research work done by Hongdu Steel Works, Jiangxi in enhancing reliability of the steel tube eddy detection and effective measures taken for improving eddy detector inspection capacity, main machine concentricity, probe performance, the detecting process, operation procedures as well as management of machine&operational personnel.
