    三輥定徑機(jī)軋輥組件制造工藝的擬定與優(yōu)化

    Determination and Optimization of Manufacturing Process for Roll Assembly of Three-roll Sizing Mill

    • 摘要: 介紹了三輥定徑機(jī)軋輥組件的結(jié)構(gòu)及技術(shù)參數(shù),通過對定徑輥、內(nèi)套制造難度的分析,擬定了軋輥組件詳細(xì)的制造工藝。分析了試制過程中出現(xiàn)的問題及采取的工藝措施。最后對產(chǎn)品制造工藝進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,取得了良好的制造效果。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the paper are the structure and main technical data of the roll assembly of the three-roll sizing mill.Based on analysis of the difficult points in manufacturing of the roll proper and the inner sleeve,the detailed manufacturing process is determined.Also analyzed are the problems as encountered with in the trial manufacturing period,and relevant technological actions as taken.Finally,the entire manufacturing process of the product is optimized,having resulted in satisfactory effect.
