試論“西氣東輸”工程與我國(guó)鋼管業(yè)發(fā)展的方向

Discussion on West-to-East Natural Gas Transmission Project and Development Trend of Domestic Steel Tube Industry

摘要: 面對(duì)西部大開(kāi)發(fā)、"西氣東輸"工程的大機(jī)遇、大挑戰(zhàn),探討了我國(guó)鋼管業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。簡(jiǎn)要介紹了"西氣東輸"工程概況及對(duì)鋼管產(chǎn)品的主要要求。提出了以下觀點(diǎn),即大口徑螺旋焊管業(yè)需要進(jìn)行重大技術(shù)改造,大口徑直縫埋弧焊管業(yè)應(yīng)適度發(fā)展,高頻直縫焊管業(yè)要進(jìn)一步完善和建設(shè)1~2套Φ 610mm機(jī)組,無(wú)縫管業(yè)應(yīng)擔(dān)當(dāng)起開(kāi)發(fā)高技術(shù)高附加值專用管的重任。

Abstract: Addressing the great opportunities and challenges provided by the Campaign of Developing Western China and the West-to-East Natural Gas Transmission Project,the development trend of domestic steel tube industry is discussed,and a brief description of the said gas transmission project and major requirements for steel tubular products thereby are present.The author regards that a number of actions should be taken,including significant technical revamp for production of large-sized spiral weld pipes,proper expansion of production of large-sized submerged-arc straight weld pipes,further improvement of production of high-frequency straight weld pipes,involving set up of one or two more sets of Φ610mm milis,and further development of hi-tech,high value-added specialty seamless steel tubulars.
