摘要: 介紹了基于西門子TIA全集成自動化平臺,構(gòu)建JCOE生產(chǎn)線基礎(chǔ)自動化系統(tǒng);基于ISA-95標準和GE Proficy智能平臺,設(shè)計JCOE生產(chǎn)線MES系統(tǒng)的解決方案。將MES系統(tǒng)引入JCOE生產(chǎn)線,可實現(xiàn)JCOE制管過程的組織、管理和決策的最優(yōu)化,以信息技術(shù)提高JCOE生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)效率和制管質(zhì)量。Abstract: Elaborated in the article is the building up of the basic automation system for the JCOE pipe production line based on the Siemens TIA (Totally Integrated Automation) platform. With employment of the standard MES module of ISA-95 and the GE Proficy Intelligent Platform,a solution for designing the MES system for the JCOE pipe operation line is made. Getting the MES system incorporated with the JCOE line will realize the optimization of arrangement,management and decision-making for the JCOE pipe-making process so as to enhance the productivity and product quality of the line via introduction of relevant IT support.
