    石油鉆桿摩擦對(duì)焊工藝的應(yīng)用

    Application of Friction Butt-welding Process for Oil Drill Pipe

    • 摘要: 介紹了渤海能克鉆桿有限公司在石油鉆桿生產(chǎn)中采用摩擦對(duì)焊工藝以及這種工藝的主要技術(shù)參數(shù)、工藝條件、工藝過程、儀表壓力的設(shè)定方法等。通過幾年的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐表明,石油鉆桿摩擦對(duì)焊工藝的生產(chǎn)效率高,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好,焊接性能穩(wěn)定。

       

      Abstract: The paper describes the friction butt-welding process adopted by Bohai NKK Drill Pipe Co., Ltd.to produce oil drill pipes, covering such aspects as major technical parameters, technological conditions and process and meter pressure-setting methods, etc.Operational practice over years has demonstrated advantages of the said friction butt-welding process for oil drill pipe such as high productivity, satisfactory quality and stable welding performance.
