    P22鋼管焊接接頭的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能

    Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Welded Joint of P22 Steel Pipes

    • 摘要: 采用手工電弧焊(SMAW)對(duì)P22鋼管進(jìn)行全截面對(duì)接焊,測(cè)試分析焊接接頭的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、抗拉強(qiáng)度、彎曲性能、硬度和夏比V型沖擊性能。結(jié)果表明:焊接接頭質(zhì)量良好,抗拉強(qiáng)度為515 MPa,側(cè)彎試樣均無(wú)裂紋;20℃下焊縫、熱影響區(qū)和熔合線的沖擊吸收能量分別為150 J、317 J、305 J,焊縫區(qū)、熱影響區(qū)硬度分別為213~223 HV10、185~223 HV10;力學(xué)性能均符合BS EN ISO 15614-1∶2004+A2∶2012標(biāo)準(zhǔn);焊縫、熱影響區(qū)顯微組織分別為粒狀貝氏體和鐵素體+粒狀貝氏體,且熱影響區(qū)可分為過(guò)熱重結(jié)晶區(qū)、重結(jié)晶細(xì)晶粒區(qū)和不完全重結(jié)晶區(qū);接頭不同區(qū)域的組織結(jié)構(gòu)與硬度分布相符。

       

      Abstract: The P22 steel pipe is butt welded by the shielded metal arc welding(SMAW)and the microstructure, tensile strength, bending property, hardness and Charpy V impact property of the welded joint are tested and analyzed.The results show that the welding quality of the welded joint is good with no cracks in the side bending samples;the tensile strength of the joint is 515 MPa;the average Charpy impact energy of the weld zone, heat affected zone and fusion line at 20℃ is 150 J, 317 J or 305 J respectively;the hardness of the weld zone and heat affected zone is 213~223 HV10 or 185~223 HV10 respectively;the chemical composition meets the specification BS EN ISO 15614-1:2004+A2:2012;the microstructure of the weld zone and heat affected zone is granular bainite and ferrite+granular bainite respectively; the heat affected zone is composed of overheated recrystallization zone, recrystallization fine grain size zone and incomplete recrystallization zone and the microstructure and hardness distribution of the joint is equivalent in different zones.
