新型鋼管熱浸鍍鋅生產(chǎn)線的應(yīng)用

摘要: 為了改善鋼管熱浸鍍鋅生產(chǎn)環(huán)境,提高鍍鋅鋼管質(zhì)量,河北省衡水鋼管廠新上了1條鋼管熱浸鍍鋅生產(chǎn)線。該生產(chǎn)線采用新穎的液壓機械手浸鍍,以取代傳統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)龐大的轉(zhuǎn)耙式與螺旋式鍍鋅機構(gòu),不僅簡化了熱鍍鋅管生產(chǎn)機構(gòu),改進(jìn)了鍍鋅工藝,而且提高了鍍鋅管質(zhì)量,降低了生產(chǎn)成本。Abstract: To improve the working conditions for steel tube hot-dip galvanizing, and enhance steel tube zinc-coating quality, a new steel tube hot-dip galvanizing line has been built up at Hengshui Steel Tube Plant, Hebei Province. The said line is equipped with a unique hydraulic manipulator for dip-galvanizing operation, in replacement of the conventional bulky rotary rake or screw type galvanization systems. The new operation line provides such advantages as simplified hardwares, improved galvanization process, better coating quality and reduced operation cost.
