摘要: 在熱軋鋼材生產(chǎn)中,鋼坯表面的爐生氧化鐵皮是影響鋼材表面質(zhì)量的主要原因之一,長(zhǎng)沙礦山研究院與杭州鋼鐵股份有限公司熱軋帶鋼廠合作,設(shè)計(jì)了1套高壓水除鱗裝置。介紹了該裝置的工作原理及其技術(shù)參數(shù)的確定方法,關(guān)鍵零部件的研制及使用效果等。Abstract: For manufacturing of hot-rolled steel products,one of the key elements affecting the product quality is the furnace heating-caused scale on surface of the stock.A hi-pressure water descaler is jointly developed by Changsha Research Institute of Mining and the Hot-rolled Strip Steel Plant,Hangzhou I＆S Co.,Ltd.The said descaler is described here with details about its work principle,determination of the technical data,R＆D of the components as well as the effectiveness.
