摘要: 對冷拔不銹鋼管進(jìn)行草化處理的目的,是為了在不銹鋼管表面上生成一層與基體附著力強(qiáng)、由硫化物和草酸鹽組成的草化膜,該膜是冷塑性加工的潤滑載體。介紹了草化基本原理和所研制的CL-3518型草化劑,草化工藝的基本技術(shù)參數(shù),以及影響草化質(zhì)量的因素。Abstract: The oxalic acidation of the cold drawn stainless steel tubes is to form a film on the surface of the stainless steel tubes,which is the oxalic acidated film with strong adhesion consisted of sulfite and oxalate and is the lubrication carrier in cold processing.The essential oxalic acidation principle,the developed CL-3518 oxalic acidating agent,the basic parameters of the oxalic acidatiing process and the factors affecting the oxalic acidation quality are described.
