    TRIAL PRODUCTION OF ROLLED PIPES WITH Φ270mm CC ROUNDS OF 20Mn3 St.

    • 摘要: Φ270mm 20Mn3連鑄圓管坯有良好的穿孔性能和機(jī)械性能,在Φ400mm自動軋管機(jī)組上能順利地軋成Φ325mm×10mm成品管,合格率與軋制坯相當(dāng),實現(xiàn)連鑄圓管坯軋管的關(guān)鍵是鑄坯的質(zhì)量,鋼水經(jīng)LF爐精煉是改善鑄坯質(zhì)量的有效保證。

       

      Abstract: The trial production has proven that it is possible to smoothly produce Φ32 5mm×10mm pipes on the Φ400mm plug mill with Φ270mm 20Mn3St,CC rounds and that the yield is no less than that of production with rolled blooms.The production of rolled pipes with CC rounds is basically based on the quality of the CC bloom which is mainly ensured by means of LF treatment of the hot metal.
