    連續(xù)式軋管機油壓壓下控制的開發(fā)

    MANDREL MILL HYDRAULIC SCREWDOWN CONTROL

    • 摘要: 一套連軋管機油壓壓下控制系統(tǒng)于1985年在日本住友金屬公司和歌山鋼鐵廠使用成功。此控制系統(tǒng)用于在軋制中控制管端,使管端減壁形成圓錐體。通過管端控制可消除在張力減徑機中管端增厚,減少切頭損失。分析了管端減壁控制時機架內(nèi)的張力偏差;討論了控制軋輥速度,以防止偏差的方法;介紹了管端減壁控制時發(fā)生壁厚不均的原因及其防止措施和管端減壁的控制效果。

       

      Abstract: A mandrel mill hydraulic screwdown control was successfully established at Wakayama Steel Works of Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd, in 1985. The control is used to preform tube ends into a thinwalled taper during rolling. By preforming the tube ends, it is possible to avoid the end thickening and reduce crop loss in the stretch reducer. The variations in inter-stand tensions when the above-said end thinning control is carried out are analysed and a method for roll speed control to prevent these variations is discussed. The causes of the wall eccentricity and its countermeasures as well as the effects of the end thinning control are covered.
