    高壓加氫臨氫裝置用碳鋼無縫鋼管國產(chǎn)化研究

    Research on Localization of Carbon Steel Seamless Tube as Used for High Pressure Hydrogenation Unit

    • 摘要: 從成分設(shè)計(jì)、冶煉、軋制及熱處理工藝流程等方面,介紹了一種高壓加氫臨氫裝置用Gr.B無縫鋼管的生產(chǎn)方法:結(jié)合高壓加氫臨氫裝置用碳鋼無縫鋼管的腐蝕特點(diǎn),通過研究鋼管的化學(xué)成分設(shè)計(jì),控制鋼坯的冶煉工藝及夾雜物技術(shù),控制鋼管的熱處理工藝。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:研發(fā)的高壓加氫臨氫裝置用碳鋼Gr.B無縫鋼管,其冶金質(zhì)量、化學(xué)成分、力學(xué)性能、無損檢測(cè)等各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足ASTM/ASME相關(guān)規(guī)范的要求,產(chǎn)品的屈服強(qiáng)度≤345 MPa、硬度≤180 HBW,且抗腐蝕性能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)和使用要求。

       

      Abstract: A manufacturing process for Gr.B steel seamless tube used for high pressure hydrogenation unit is elaborated here in the essay involving such major aspects as chemical composition design, and manufacturing process flows of melting, rolling and heat treatment etc.Considering the corrosion characteristics of the said tube, the chemical composition design is studied, the melting process and inclusion level of the billet, and the heat treatment process for the tube are all controlled.Results of relevant tests of the tube as developed show that its metallurgical quality, chemical composition, mechanical properties, and NDT data are all in compliance with applicable requirements as specified under ASTM/ASME, and that its yield strength(≤ 345 MPa), hardness(≤ 180 HBW) and corrosion resistance are also up to the designed and operating requirements.
