35MN水壓試驗機插銷油缸漏油的分析與處理

Investigation and Solution of Leakage of Pin Hydraulic Cylinder Attached to 35 MN Hydrostatic Testing Machine

摘要: 某公司35MN水壓試驗機安裝使用以來,一直存在插銷油缸頻繁漏油的現(xiàn)象,分析原因是插銷油缸O型密封圈損壞所致。通過將原水壓試驗機插銷油缸換向閥由二位四通閥改為帶有O型中位機能的三位四通閥,并利用O型中位機能的隔斷油路的功能,避免了水壓試驗機擋料裝置受管時對插銷油缸無桿腔的壓力沖擊,有效杜絕了插銷油缸漏油事故的發(fā)生。

Abstract: Since its start up,the 35 MN hydrostatic testing machine located in a certain company had been bothered with leakage of the pin hydraulic cylinder.After investigation,it is identified that the failure is caused by damage of the cylinder's "O" seal ring.Accordingly,the original 2-position 4-way change valve of the pin cylinder is replaced by a 3-position 4-way valve with the "O" type median function.Thus thanks to the self-locking operation via the median function,the non-rod chamber of the pin cylinder is well protected from the impact as occurring when the hydrotester's stop device is loaded with the pipe.As a result the above mentioned leakage failure is permanently fixed.
