試論我國高品質(zhì)ERW焊管發(fā)展的技術(shù)路線
Discussion of Technical Orientation for Domestic Hi-quality ERW Pipe Development

摘要: 國內(nèi)中小產(chǎn)量的ERW焊管生產(chǎn)線雖多,但檔次普遍不高,且存在裝備不全、技術(shù)能力薄弱等問題,以焊接油井管和管線管為例闡述了高品質(zhì)ERW焊管的發(fā)展對策。主要分析了ERW焊管的市場前景和產(chǎn)品定位;提出了高品質(zhì)ERW焊管產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格范圍;指出應(yīng)完善ERW焊管生產(chǎn)線的工藝流程,特別注意主線設(shè)備工藝與配套生產(chǎn)線(管加工、熱處理)的相互銜接,以構(gòu)建一個(gè)完整的高品質(zhì)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,從而提高產(chǎn)品的競爭力。Abstract: Although there are a lot of medium and small-scaled ERW pipe production plants, most of them are low technological level, incompletely equipped and poor in technical ability. Addressing this current situation, countermeasures are discussed, taking development of the ERW tubing and linepipe as an example. Also analyzed are the market prospect and restructuring of the product mix of the ERW pipes. The appropriate product size range is further defined so as to improve the manufacturing process flow of the ERW production line. Great care should be taken to the incorporation of the main operation line equipment and process with the mating operation lines(e.g., tube processing and heat treatment)for the purpose of setting up a production chain of hi-quality pro- ducts, and thus enhancing the product competitiveness.
