    Analysis and Comparison Concerning Advantages and Disadvantages of Single-forming Process and Continuous Forming Process for Medium-sized ERW Pipe Mill(PartⅡ)

    • 摘要: 對中直徑ERW機(jī)組是采用單卷生產(chǎn)工藝還是連續(xù)生產(chǎn)工藝,在國內(nèi)焊管界存在較大的意見分歧。從產(chǎn)品規(guī)格、技術(shù)先進(jìn)性、年生產(chǎn)能力、金屬收得率、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、能源消耗、投資等多個方面對單卷生產(chǎn)工藝和連續(xù)生產(chǎn)工藝進(jìn)行分析比較,認(rèn)為中直徑ERW機(jī)組采用單卷生產(chǎn)工藝比連續(xù)生產(chǎn)工藝更具有優(yōu)勢,建議在建設(shè)中直徑ERW機(jī)組時多采用單卷生產(chǎn)工藝。

       

      Abstract: In domestic weld-pipe industrial circles,there exists a debate concerning a proper choice for the ERW pipe mill to be made between the single-forming process and the continuous forming process.Analysis and comparison respecting to these two processes are made in terms of product lines,technological advancement,annual capacity,yield,product quality,energy consumption and investment scale,etc.As a result,it is concluded that the single-forming process will enable the ERW mill to be more technologically superior than it would be in case of the continuous forming process,and accordingly it is proposed for future ERW mill line builders to adopt the single-forming process as the most possibly alternative.
