    斜軋管機雙芯棒限動機構的開發(fā)與應用

    Development and Application of Dual-mandrel-retaining System for Rotary-rolling Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 根據(jù)斜軋管機組存在軋制周期長、產(chǎn)量低的情況,設計一種新型的雙芯棒限動機構。介紹該新型雙芯棒限動機構的結構組成,分析其優(yōu)勢,并介紹實際應用情況。分析認為:其設計的新型雙芯棒限動機構,即一根芯棒在軋制中,另一根芯棒預穿毛管的機構,可以實現(xiàn)芯棒的實時控制,縮短芯棒循環(huán)的時間,提高軋制節(jié)奏,延長芯棒的使用壽命,提高鋼管產(chǎn)量以及成材率,降低生產(chǎn)成本。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the shortcomings staying with the rotary-rolling pipe mill such as rather long rolling cycle and low output,a new type dual-mandrel-retaining system is designed.Described in the paper are the main aspects of the said system,including the structural composition,the advantage analysis and the actual application result,etc.It is regarded via the analysis that employment of the said system which gets one mandrel being used for rolling,while the other being pre-piercing the shell shall bring about such advantages as real-time control of the mandrel,shortening the mandrel circulation time,enhancing the rolling cycle,increasing the mandrel service span,increasing pipe output and yield,and reducing the production costs.
