    淬火溫度對(duì)25Mn2V鋼組織與性能的影響

    Effect by Quenching Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of 25Mn2V Steel

    • 摘要: 采用拉伸試驗(yàn)、硬度試驗(yàn)和金相分析等方法,研究了25Mn2V鋼在不同溫度(850,880,910,950,1 000,1 050℃)淬火+600℃回火后的力學(xué)性能和顯微組織。結(jié)果表明:25Mn2V鋼調(diào)質(zhì)處理淬火溫度為910℃時(shí),其力學(xué)性能最高;但當(dāng)淬火溫度達(dá)到950℃時(shí),鋼材淬火組織明顯粗化,力學(xué)性能下降。

       

      Abstract: Investigated are the mechanical properties and microstructures of the 25Mn2V steels as quenched at different temperatures(850,880,910,950,1 000 and 1 050℃)and tempered at 600℃by means of tensile test,hardness test and metallographic test.The test results show that the 25Mn2V steel presents maximum mechanical properties after being quenched at 910℃.However,along with the quenching temperature is going up to 950℃,its after-quench microstructure is obviously getting coarsened,and its mechanical properties are getting decreased.
