摘要: 介紹了鋼管平端倒棱工藝過(guò)程和平端倒棱機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的硬件構(gòu)成,在分析FM354伺服定位模塊特點(diǎn)及功能和方波永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了基于FM354的伺服定位系統(tǒng)在鋼管平端倒棱機(jī)上的具體應(yīng)用以及PLC控制程序和移動(dòng)程序的設(shè)計(jì)思路和方法。Abstract: Described in the paper are the operation process and hardware configuration of the control system of the facing-chamfering machine. Analyzed are the characteristics and functions of the FM354 servo-positioning module and the working principle of the square wave synchronous magneto. And detailed are the particular application of the said servo-positioning system to the machine as well as the design concepts and methods of the PLC control program and the movement program on the basis of the analyses.
