    鋼管六角打包成型機構(gòu)的設計

    DESIGN OF FORMATION MECHANISM OF STEEL TUBE HEXAGONAL BUNDLING

    • 摘要: 通過分析無縫鋼管六角形堆放的原理,提出了鋼管六角形打包的簡易機構(gòu)設計方案。生產(chǎn)實踐表明,該成型機構(gòu)設計合理,使用方便;采用該成型機構(gòu)打出的鋼管六角包,在運輸過程中散捆、壓彎的比率大大降低。

       

      Abstract: Based on analysis of hexagonal stacking of seamless steel tubes, a simple mechanism for hexagonal bundling of steel tubes was designed. The actual operation shows that the said formation mechanism is of logical design and capable of easy operation.In addition, persentage of in-transportation bundle-off and bending of hexagonal bundles of steel tubes made with the said mechanism has been tremendously reduced.
